Taste of Somnium

This private experience highlights our current releases, and is ideal for guests looking to discover the range of different wines we offer. The flight will include sips of Rosé, Rutherford Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and our signature Estate Cabernet Sauvignon. Please allow 75 minutes with a max of 8 people.

Tasting Fee: $80 per person, waived with a 3-bottle purchase.

Vertical Estate Cabernet Tasting

This private experience showcases our Estate wine across multiple vintages – a special treat for serious Cabernet drinkers, and guests who want to explore our red wine program in greater depth. The tasting features a vertical flight of our Estate Cabernet Sauvignon drawn from our library reserves, paired with a series of delectable composed bites. Please allow for 75 minutes with a max of 8 people.

Tasting Fee: $110 per person, waived with a 3-bottle purchase of Cabernet Sauvignon.
