The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is the best wine I have tasted yet from Somnium. Ample and resonant in feel, the 2019 packs serious punch in both its fruit and tannin presence. Plum, leather, grilled herbs, tobacco, chocolate and savory herbs all open with a bit of air.
