2023 Somnium Rosé

Tasting Notes:  Brilliant pale pink in the glass, Somnium’s 2023 Rosé seduces with luscious stone fruit and zesty red fruit freshness. Ripe white peach and watermelon candy aromas waft from the glass. The palate shines with juicy honeydew melon and yellow peach notes, enhanced by cranberry- lemon acidity and a gentle creaminess from six months on the lees. A wave of tart red cherry on the midpalate lingers through the fragrant stone fruit and tangerine peel finish. Composed of 97% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Syrah, this stainless steel fermented wine delivers fresh aromatic energy coupled with the round, luxurious fruit of Napa Valley.
