Vineyards in the Valley

Vineyards in the Valley started in 2024 to bring together people passionate about great wine. Interact face-to-face with vintners and winemakers from some of the most prestigious wineries from acclaimed regions around the world — all in support of high-quality healthcare access in southern Haiti.

More than a wine-tasting experience, Vineyards in the Valley is a wine and culinary event for a great cause.

Napa Valley Collector's Dinner

Join Somnium Vineyard for the Napa Valley Collectors Dinner on Friday, December 6 at 7:00 PM at RPM Seafood. Experience a five-course menu crafted by the RPM Chef Team, with each course paired to showcase the elegance and complexity of Napa Valley’s finest wines.

The evening opens with canapés and a glass of Priest Ranch Rosé, followed by an exceptional lineup of Sauvignon Blancs, Cabernet Francs, and more from six acclaimed producers.

Join Somnium at The Grand Napa Valley Wine Tasting, part of Lettuce Entertain You’s Napa Valley Takeover at The Oakville Grill & Cellar in Chicago. Explore wines from 40+ Napa Valley wineries, meet vintners, and enjoy California-inspired bites from The Oakville Grill & Cellar and Gott’s Roadside.

Line Vine and Dine 2026

In partnership with the Emeril Lagasse foundation and Dan Marino foundation, this charity event provides culinary and hospitality training to young people with developmental disorders and other life challenges.
