This private wine tasting is a 75-minute seated experience led by a dedicated host, featuring four current releases — Rosé, Rutherford Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, and our Estate Cabernet Sauvignon.

An elevated tasting experience that explores our Estate Cabernet Sauvignon across multiple vintages — a rare opportunity to appreciate how time and terroir shape this signature wine.
A 75-minute seated experience that captures the essence of Somnium’s craft. Guests will enjoy a vertical flight of Estate Cabernet Sauvignon across vintages, paired with chef-curated composed bites to complement each pour.

We offer two private tasting experiences: Taste of Somnium, which features our current releases, and Vertical Estate Cabernet Tasting, which highlights our Estate Cabernet Sauvignon across multiple vintages.
How long does a tasting last?
Each tasting experience lasts approximately 75 minutes, allowing ample time to enjoy the wines and learn more about Somnium.
Is there a tasting fee?
Yes! The Taste of Somnium experience is $80 per person, and the Vertical Cabernet Tasting is $110 per person. Both fees are waived with qualifying bottle purchases.
Can I visit with a group?

Do you accept walk-ins?
Book at Maison FayardOur Calistoga tasting lounge is by appointment only. Walk-in tastings are available daily at Maison Fayard in Downtown Napa from 10AM - 6PM. Maison Fayard private tasting experiences can be reserved in advance by clicking the link below.
When is Somnium open for tastings?
Book TastingSomnium tastings are offered Tuesday through Saturday by appointment, between 10AM - 4PM. You can request your preferred date and time through our online reservation form by clicking on the button below.
