Taste of Somnium

A guided introduction to our portfolio — perfect for first-time guests or those looking to explore the full range of Somnium wines in an intimate setting at our private Calistoga tasting lounge.

This private wine tasting is a 75-minute seated experience led by a dedicated host, featuring four current releases — Rosé, Rutherford Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, and our Estate Cabernet Sauvignon.

Vertical Estate Cabernet

An elevated tasting experience that explores our Estate Cabernet Sauvignon across multiple vintages — a rare opportunity to appreciate how time and terroir shape this signature wine.

A 75-minute seated experience that captures the essence of Somnium’s craft. Guests will enjoy a vertical flight of Estate Cabernet Sauvignon across vintages, paired with chef-curated composed bites to complement each pour.
